there is a Catholic newspaper in their home on a regular basis.

 The Universe and the Catholic Times are the most widely

read papers. 

We would also recommend the Catholic Herald and the Tablet. 

Other publications on offer are the Catholic Life, Ireland’s Own,

Priests and People, and a wide variety of Catholic Truth society (CTS) publications.

Minibus

St Anthony's church has been working hard to provide transport for needy parishioners and we are pleased to announce that we have set up a new service. This will be provided for 11:30am Mass on Sundays..  If you have been part of the minibus service and would like to be picked up or have mobility issues, please contact Paul Curran,viathe parish office to make arrangements for pick up.  Please note there is a limit of 15 places.

Please Note: This service is for a trial period and is dependant on donations for funding.  Any gift will be greatly appreciated. Thank you to Paul Curran who has instigated provision of thisservice.

Union of Catholic Mothers

The U.C.M will be holding a Summer Meeting – Social atthe Bridge House Tavern, on the corner of Anerley Park and High Street, Penge,Monday 21^stJuly. Meet in thegarden, 7.30 pm onwards. For furtherinformation please contact Kate Boyle via presbytery office.

Folk Choir

The folk choir took part in the 10.00 am

Mass on 13^th July.  The next Mass where

the folk choir will participate is at 10.00 am

on Sunday 31^st August.  There will be two rehearsals, the first at 7.30 pm on Friday 22 August and the second at 7.30 pm on Thursday 28^th August.  Meet at the church.  Additional singers and musicians most welcome.
